Oksana Gladka is the owner of Gladka Glow & PMU Clinic. With extensive experience in cosmetic micropigmentation, she confidently advocates for the benefits of cosmetic micropigmentation and permanent makeup. For Oksana, pigments are tools used to recreate and enhance natural beauty, camouflage imperfections following surgical procedures, and instill confidence by highlighting one’s natural features. Originally from Ukraine, Oksana holds both a medical and a higher artistic education. She is a professional artist and the creator of educational materials for permanent makeup. Oksana is a leading expert with global experience in the field. Her guiding principle in her work is: “Do no harm, only improve.” This philosophy drives her meticulous approach to every treatment—approaching each procedure as though she is painting on a canvas. At the clinic, services include cosmetic micropigmentation for scars, stretch marks, 3D areola restoration, tricopigmentation, microblading in a custom 3D technique, nano brows, lip blush, and powdered brows. Additional services include eyebrow and eyelash lamination, shaping and tinting, as well as facial treatments such as deep, atraumatic facial cleansing.
